Home Tour: Our Bedroom

Welcome to our bedroom! This is mostly the black and white room, haha, not on purpose it just turned out that way. When we moved into this apartment we kept the wall colour the same as the last tenant. It is a bit dark for my liking, considering the room is so small, but it is not a bad colour.




The painting of Audrey Hepburn is from IKEA and is one of my favourite things! I bought it when Adam and I were dating, so it moved here with me.

Plants in every room is a must for me! These little ones sitting beside some of my favourite artwork make me smile every morning. The first piece of art is a print of a Gustav Klimpt painting, it's a favourite! He uses so much beautiful colour in his artwork. The second piece of artwork is by Anna Bond. You can find her at www.riflepaperco.com. I am in love with all of her stuff!




My hanging String of Pearls plant, which I love! And two more pieces of artwork. The first one is by A Vintage Cloud on Etsy, I love her whimsical combinations of woodland animals and wild flowers! I hope to one day buy an actual painting by her, but for now this print of one will do. The second one I do not know the artist, but I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it! My brother bought it for my birthday a couple years ago at his university poster sale. I love the style and time period of this piece, and I am always on the hunt for more like it. Maybe in some other bright colours!




The skull planter is another favourite thing of mine. It is also from Etsy by Mudpuppy. And of course my little growing collection of perfumes!

This dresser was given to us for free from Adam's cousin! We got really lucky, and I'm so glad we took it!
